Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Instructions:
Wash and rinse the mixed greens thoroughly
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and shredded carrots
Toss the salad gently to mix the ingredients evenly
Sprinkle feta cheese over the top
Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette dressing over the salad
Toss again to coat the salad with the dressing
